Some small updates!

• The welcome message is now better
• There is now 7 messages that appear, they appear every 5 mins
• Holograms now get cleared automatically, so there wont be any issue where multiple holograms are at the same place
• I can now disable features i want, yes this is just a update for me
• I made an update for me, so an update for builders: /bclear to clear inv
• For builders: a better welcome message
• The server brand is now fully "Bedwarsia"
• ViaVersion has been updated to 5.4.2
• Now, if you get VIP/Fly from Rare crate, it will give you coins instead
• Removed PlugManX and LagAssist
